Our café is grounded in matcha, specialty coffee, and quality to craft — but by night, we’re evolving into something more. We’re introducing a curated wine-led evening offering, and we’re looking for a manager who wants to shape that journey with us.

The Role
You’ll lead the daily operations of the café — from open to close — across both daytime and early-evening trade.
This includes:
• Managing rotas, suppliers, and team performance • Setting a consistent standard for quality and service • Building team culture, customer loyalty, and daily momentum • Supporting the rollout of our evening wine offering

Who You Are
• You’ve managed a high-quality café or QSR before • Someone who understand true hospitality – forming relationships with customers, community building and exceeding expectations with every interaction • You lead from the front — on the floor, with the team • You understand the rhythm of hospitality with rushes, coffee detail, and evening service • You care about service and presentation, but never at the cost of warmth or team morale • You’re organised, reliable, and want ownership without corporate red tape
Bonus if You Have
• Barista trainer or wine knowledge • Experience launching or managing events or secondary revenue streams • Ideas (and the drive to execute them)
