The Role:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Brunch Chef who’s excited to be part of a growing brand.

You’ll have a real passion for food, thrive in fast-paced service, and love the energy that comes with a busy brunch kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations during brunch service
• Deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented plates
• Manage food prep, portioning and stock rotation
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Support team training and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar fast-paced brunch or café kitchen
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in food safety and kitchen best practices
• Creative flair and love for modern, healthy food
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
