Joe Blake’s is now recruiting a full-time Barista to work at our Ealing Broadway store. Candidates must be local to Ealing.
Pay starts at £13.15 up to £14.15 with monthly bonus.
We offer flexible hours, a great team environment, and real progression opportunities. Our shifts start early but generally finish early, too—our earliest start time is 6 a.m., and our latest finish time is 6:30 p.m.
All locations are takeaway-focused in busy areas, so days will be busy with plenty to do. Our mission is to make great-quality coffee quickly without the faff, and we’ve set up our flow, rotas, and teams to do this.
Required experience: Knowledge and experience within specialty coffee is key

We pride ourselves on having the best equipment for the best baristas. To keep things at the very top of quality and standards while ensuring a quick output you will work with:
2 grinders mahlkonig (EK65 and EK80)
